PROBLEMS WITH
INSURANCE COMPANIES
DUE TO HURRICANE IAN?

Hurricane Ian left many people in Southwest Florida with damage to their homes and vehicles. Many of our clients are asking us how to deal with their insurance companies.

We have established a network of colleague firms who we trust to assist our clients who have problems with their insurers.

In order for us to help you and get started with them, please complete this short form. Someone from our team or from one of our referral network firms will be in touch.

It’s our understanding that these firms do not charge fees unless they are successful. Of course, before signing any engagement letter, allow us to review it on your behalf.

By clicking SUBMIT, you agree to be contacted by an attorney regarding your insurance company.

POST HURRICANE TIPS

1 ) Document, photograph all damage

2 ) Allow the insurance carrier to inspect ALL damage before repair work – crucial

3 ) Document every phone call with the carrier and the substance of the conversation.

4 ) If they deny coverage and it’s a wrongful denial we can get attorneys fees and costs from the carrier.
